What is counselling?

Counselling is a form of talk therapy delivered by a trained practitioner. It is a confidential and non-judgemental service where you can work over a short or long term period to create effective change in your life or enhance your wellbeing. You can meet with your counsellor to talk about the issues and problems you’re facing in life.
