This is an urgent out of hours health advice service, there for you when other sources of support are closed. This service is always free of charge whether you use a landline or mobile. Your doctor's out-of-hours service will refer you to the 111 number

Confidential phone line for anyonefeeling low, anxious or depressed. Free from landlines. Lines open 24hrs at weekends (Fri-Mon:6pm-6am) and 6pm to 2am at other times (Mon to Thur).
